Each of us has the ability to become positively mentally fit. The longer you practice, the better you become.

We each have unique stories and lives, and therefore, our positive mental fitness is unique to each of us. Our resilience is our own, and we have the capability of carving its path and owning it!

When you continually focus on the learnings and positive outcomes of a situation versus the negative, it becomes second nature to get excited about failing forward, being challenged, and going through tough situations. You know you are growing, which is essential to life!

You must first be aware of the consistency level of your positive and negative mental state. You must start with this awareness to move forward.

Having faith that everything happens as it should provides comfort and calm, even during the toughest times. It is your anchor that will fuel you, allow you to be patient, and get you excited about the future.
๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ. ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ. ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ.
Without practice, you will continually be faced with adversity and battling inner critics and imposters. Recognize and celebrate each step forward as you are getting closer to gaining control.
Once in control, only you can break your own positive mental fitness and only you can truly heal it. You may seek help, but you must put the work in to see progress.
