Leadership Begins with Building a Solid Foundation

Are you FULLY leading?

What does this mean, you ask?

This means, as a leader:

👉 You “KNOW THYSELF” like no one else (by gaining perspective and by completing various proven exercises)

👉 You know the important FOUNDATIONAL aspects of who you are and why you lead the way you do (by first building that foundation and resonating with it)

👉 You fully and authentically lead through your VALUES and STRENGTHS (that you understand and resonate with through proven exercises) and they align to your role and your organization’s values, mission, and vision

👉 You lead fiercely, with a DIFFERENTIATED KNOWLEDGE as a leader that gives you the ability to have great impact, influence, and live and lead towards your legacy (that can be obtained a variety of ways; includes a four-pillar framework that I utilize in my coaching practice)

👉 You are a CONTINUOUS LEARNER and invest in yourself in strategic ways that are aligned with your legacy and are careful not to waste your time on things that are not

👉 You TEACH others/your team HOW to do the same and you fully celebrate and appropriately empower them to leverage their unique gifts

Otherwise, you’re leading with your fingers crossed, hoping things turn out positively, yet not quite sure what to do next. You may have your eye on a particular goal, but what about your team? What about you makes you a leader that can make a true difference? It isn’t just having one of the above, but ALL of the above.

This is all part of my leadership development framework; a compass to help leaders fully and fiercely lead towards their legacy.
