I have three questions…

1. What are your strengths? 👉👉👉Feel free to post your top strength in the comments!

2. How connected are you to your strengths? (Just reflect here)

3. To what degree do you maximize your strengths? (Just reflect here)

As with any new year, we tend to focus on what we need to improve our “weaknesses” versus how to understand and maximize our STRENGTHS.

This is a tendency because throughout our lives, and in most every aspect of our lives, we are reminded of what our “weaknesses”, “shortcomings”, “opportunities for improvement”, and “mistakes” are.

If this comes up for you consistently at work, I wonder if it’s the right work for you AND/OR if you have truly activated your potential with your employer.

Knowing and understanding your strengths can powerfully shift your mindset in addition to providing you the tools to have fruitful discussions with those whom are concentrated on your weaknesses.

“If you focus on your strengths, you will multiply them. But if you focus on your weakness, at the max you will become mediocre.” - Som Bathla
